Were you on the BlissCo Forum?

For six years in the early 2000s, thousands of Eiffel 65, Gabry Ponte, and Italo-dance fans across more than thirty countries lived on a forum that doesn't exist anymore. It's where Vanessa met Todd. If any of it was yours, we'd love to hear from you.

in short

What BlissCo was.

Bliss Corporation was an Italian dance-music production company founded in 1992 in Turin. They didn't just release records — they made them, in-house. The most famous thing to come out of their studio was Eiffel 65 and the run of singles that turned "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" into a generational hit. They also produced Gabry Ponte's solo work and a long catalog of Italo and Eurodance records most Americans never heard.

The BlissCo Forum was the official fan community attached to that company, living at blisscoforum.com from 2002 until early 2008. At its peak it pulled in regulars from over thirty countries. Italy. Hungary. Spain. France. Germany. The Netherlands. Argentina. A small loud Australian crew. A tight USA contingent. A handful of Nordic and Eastern European folks who'd been there from the start.

People came for the band. They stayed for each other. They traded demos, posted photos, learned each other's languages a phrase at a time, and slowly turned a fan page into a friend group.

from the story
Reconnecting some of that community has been one of the most meaningful things I've ever done.
